*** You'll reknow always the messages coming from this mailing list because the automated system will enter [phonecardclub] as first word in their subject line. All operations mentioned above, are managed by a powerful and reliable bot too.

Club rules are really few but very important:
1- Reciprocal respect of others'opinions and of the netiquette in general;
2- You can post any kind of message (trading or purchasing proposals, news, information requests etc...) but always strictly related to the phonecard industry - Please, don't go off topic;
3- Only messages in English language are accepted because many of our members might be unable to understand other languages. Our Italian (or Italian speaking) friends, can also join for free to our national mailing list (Scheda Club) by going here: www.schedatelefonica.com/schedaclub.html
4- You should NEVER send twice the same message within a period of at least 15 days from the previous one and each member can't send more than one message per week to avoid confusion and a too large volume of posts in the club which would not guarantee an equal chance of intervention to all subscribers.
5- It's strictly forbidden posting commercial messages "SPAM" about making money programs, business opportunities and any other offtopic stuff; if you've interest in such topics, feel free to contact our moderator which will be happy to give you some addresses of other clubs more targeted for your needs;
6- It's also forbidden advertising other mailing lists, because you'd create only confusion among our subscribers;
7- Please, don't enclose any kind of attachment (files or images) to your messages because many members might meet difficulties in downloading them and there's always a risk of unexpected virus which might damage others'hard drives, without your knowledge. If you need to show some images, you can simply indicate an address of the site where interested people might go to see them with all calm.
8- When you send a message to the group, remember not to enter any other addresses in the "To:" o "Bc:" fields, apart ours because you'd violate other's privacy by exposing publically their personal emails; if you need to reach multiple recipients simultaneously with the same message, be so kind to enter them in the "Ccn:" field (hidden), thanks;
9- When you answer to a message, please, do it privately by avoiding to reach all our subscribers with your reply because they would have no interest in reading it.

IMPORTANT: All posts are read and filtered carefully by a moderator; for this reason, sometimes they might reach the rest of the group only after few hours but, if you'll respect in full the above rules, you can be sure they'll be immediately approved with no exception or discrimination because, in our club, anyone has the same right to partecipate with no special privileges for someone in particular.

Final notes: Who'll not respect our rules, after the first warnings, will be permanently banned from the club; we're creating a big virtual community which would not be able to survive without some basic rules that we ask all members respect, including our moderators, of course.

We guarantee the full respect of your privacy and a careful protection of your personal data: All our subscribers'emails are stored in a safe and well protected file and they'll be NEVER sold or given to third parties for no reason. Apart this, if you'll make no personal interventions in our public discussions, nobody will know you and you'll be a simply anonymous spectator, it's up to you ...
